Shipping in the UK is £1.99 and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service which is Carbon Neutral.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Yes, shipping to anywhere outside of the UK costs £8.95 and will be carried out by a reputable courier service appropriate to the country being sent to. This is usually DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.
IF I LIVE LOCAL DO I STILL PAY FOR DELIVERY?
I am trialling a local hand delivery service travelling by bike or using my electric car to any customers in the North Tyneside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, South Tyneside and South East Northumberland areas. If this works I'd be able to greatly reduce the delivery cost and refund any overpayment.
This is part of my mission to provide an eco-friendly sustainable operation, trying to minimise the pressure and processing involved with postal services.
It's hard to calculate but I believe even these small changes go toward helping the environment and keeping me fit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Within the UK: Usually within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 14 days as some items are printed on demand.
Outside of the UK: Please allow up to 28 days.
It's difficult to give precise times on international deliveries as they will be subject to variables outside of my control. International deliveries may be subject to additional customs and taxes charges, you would need to check these with your local authorities.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS OR DISCOUNT CODES?
I will sometimes run promotional free shipping codes and regularly have 10% off on your first order. Occasionally there will be other offers too. The best way to be alerted to these is to subscribe to my mailing list and follow me on Instagram.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE PRINTS?
Prints are available in A5, A4, A3. Each design will specify the size on the product page.
Some will come with a white border already defined, this is clearly shown on the product photos.
A5 - 148mm x 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3"
A4 - 210mm x 297mm / 8.3" x 11.7"
A3 - 420mm x 297mm / 11.7" x 16.5"
HOW CAN I FRAME MY PRINT?
You can frame the prints with or without a mount. This is really a personal choice and depends on the way you wish to display the print and where you might be putting it.
The standard print sizes are easy to source in a variety of different 'off the shelf' frame styles or you could use a local framing service for something a bit more bespoke.

You can. You would need to contact me to discuss your requirements and I can help you with your choice of frame and provide a quote.
WHY ARE THE PRINTS LIMITED TO ONLY 13 EDITIONS?
Limited editions make the print more special. 13 is my lucky number. This is a personal project for me so I thought it only right to make the numbered editions personal too. It also makes them rarer for you as a buyer so you know there's not a 1000 of them on walls all over the world.
But why 13 and not 113? Ok... so keeping the number low means that hopefully I get to replace the prints with a new one quicker too. For each print that sells out, I will replace it with a new design so you get lots more choice and I get to do the thing I love... design.
WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE TO PRINT ON?
I am very conscious of the environmental impact of print.
All the papers I use for my prints are FSC certified Recycled. Please read more on the FSC websiteabout why certified recycled paper is better.
I always opt for thick matte uncoated art papers, usually around the 300gsm mark and I prefer a bit of texture to the paper. I'm currently using a lovely soft paper called 'Giraffe Fleck' for all prints. I'm always on the look out for the most sustainable options that deliver premium quality print vibrancy and these may change according to the design too.
Please be aware that because of the matte textured feel of the paper, the print colours may appear slightly different when printed to what you seen on your screen.
Please be careful when opening and looking at the prints prints once received, the paper stock can be delicate and the corners easily damaged.
WHY DO YOU DONATE TO FRIENDS OF THE EARTH WITH YOUR BEACH PHOTOS?
Since I can remember as a young boy I've always been passionate about Earth and all the wonderful living things it has on it. I remember as a five year old having a monkey teddy I wouldn't let go of because I felt so upset about them being hurt in the wild. I loved to watch nature programmes instead of cartoons and would get upset about orang-utans losing their homes and oil spills causing devastation to sea life.
Fast forward 30 years and those beliefs haven't changed in me. I strive to live sustainably, consciously and environmentally friendly within my means whilst educating my children to do the same (and them still educating me too). I see the impact we, as humans, are having on our planet and I'm pleased this is beginning to be recognised and publicised more widely. I don't know how long will this last. What I do know is this, Friends of The Earth have been there since the seventies, campaigning tirelessly on all fronts to help mother nature and those most susceptible to the impacts of climate change.
I hope you can agree with my sentiment or, at least, understand the purpose of it.
The beach and sea have an incredibly positive impact on me, but we, as the human race, have an incredibly negative impact on them. So, I'm using my photos as an opportunity to help repay a bit of service to them. I hope you can agree with my sentiment or, at least, understand the purpose of it.
